With regular puris,the most common combination is Bhaji made out of potato which is available all through the year.But during the season of mangoes Puris are also eaten with a Mango dish called Aamras.A few make this with coconut milk but in my family its made in the most purest form of Mango ;its Pulp.
Refer this to make Puris:
- Mango Pulp of Fresh Ripe Sweet Mangoes.
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Cardamom powder
- 3-4 tbsp of chopped sweet Mangoes
- Mix Mango pulp,Sugar and Cardamom thoroughly.
- Garnish with Chooped Mango and little bit cardamom powder before serving with hot puris.
