Sweet potato Shallow fry/Cheeni Kananga Phodi

  1. Sweet potato
  2. Paprika powder
  3. Salt powder
  4. Hing/astefotida(optional)
  5. little oil.


  1. Wash and skin the Sweet potato and cut them into slices of ur length.
  2. Season with salt and paprika powder.and Astefotida.
  3. Keep for a few mts.
  4. On a pan dribble some oil and fry the sweet potato on medium flame for about 3-4mts on each side.
  5. Serve.
