What do you do when you have some left over Tandoori chicken which obviously still too precious enough to be eaten. What I would normally do is shredded it up and put into rice, noodle or make chicken roll of it,if it was made at home .Now last night I had made some cornish Tandoori chicken which was more than wat we could finish in the night and was too tasty not to eat next day.I was very much in need of a curry dish to go with my sunday lunch, there fore I made this curry with the Chicken and the left over baked Green pepper and Onions.Outcome is as posted above.
