Chicken rendang

  1. 1 Chicken breast in bone cut into peices.
  2. 1 large onion chopped
  3. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  5. 6 dried red chillies
  6. 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  7. 1/4 lime juice
  8. 5-6 cloves
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin
  10. 4-5 cardamom
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 3 tbsp coconut milk
Method:
  1. fry in little oil cloves,cardamoom,cumin
  2. grind together onion,chilly,ginger,garlic and the fried spices into paste.
  3. in little oil fry the masala,till it leaves oil
  4. Add lemon juice,salt and chicken.
  5. fry till it leaves oil
  6. Add coconut milk and cook till it leaves oil.
  7. fry well.
  8. Add little water and cook.
